Apurva: Hold on! “He is, but He isn’t? He has a shape, but He doesn’t?” This sounds exactly like “Vadivel’s Comedy”—being dead and alive at the same time. Is Arunagirinathar trying to break my brain?

Vedaant: Actually, he’s trying to expand it! He’s saying that our tiny human intellect cannot define God. He says He is “Irulandru oliyandru”—neither darkness nor light. He is the Reality that exists beyond all polarities and opposites. He is the “Constant” behind the universe.

Apurva: Okay, but if He is none of these things, then what are we worshiping in temples? Why the Spear? Why the name?

Vedaant: That’s where the first line comes in: “Murugan thanivel muni nam guru”. That vast, undefinable Reality takes a form—it becomes our “Guru” (Teacher) holding a “Vel” (Spear) just so we can relate to Him. But here’s the warning: “Arul kondu ariyaar ariyum tharamo?”. You can’t understand this with just logic or a sharp brain. Without His Grace, you’ll just be going in circles.

Apurva: Oh! So you’re saying our brain is like a 2D screen trying to process a 4D object. We can only see the “projection” of God, not the whole thing, until He gives us the “Grace Upgrade” to see the Truth.

Vedaant: Spot on Apurva! It’s about realizing that the Divine is beyond our limited human vocabulary. Don’t try to define God. Try to experience Him. He is the space between all definitions.

Apurva: Wow. So God isn’t just a character in a story; He is the fabric of everything and nothing. That’s simultaneously terrifying and beautiful! So Vedaant, how do we wrap our heads around a God who is “Everything and Nothing”?

Vedaant: Ok, today’s takeaways.

1. Beyond Labels: Realize that the Divine is beyond our limited human vocabulary. Don’t try to “define” God; try to “experience” Him. He is the space between all definitions.

2. The Guru Connection: You don’t need to be a philosopher to understand the Truth. You just need to accept Muruga as your Guru. When logic fails, Grace takes over and reveals the mystery.
