Day 43 Kandhar Anubhuthi (Daily Divine Delight)
கந்தர் அனுபூதி – பாடல் 43 நாள் 43
குறியைக் குறியாது குறித்து அறியும்
நெறியைத் தனிவேலை நிகழ்த்திடலும்,
செறிவு அற்று, உலகோடு உரை சிந்தையும் அற்று,
அறிவு அற்று அறியாமையும் அற்றதுவே.
வேதாந்த்: அபூர்வா, இன்னைக்கு நாம பார்க்கப்போற பாட்டு ஒரு ‘மைண்ட்-ப்ளோயிங்’ (Mind-blowing) அனுபவம். இதுவரைக்கும் நாம முருகன்கிட்ட வரம் கேட்டோம், வேல் கேட்டோம், பயத்தைப் போக்கச் சொன்னோம். ஆனா இந்தப் பாட்டுல எல்லாமே முடிஞ்சு, ஒரு மகா மௌனம் பிறக்குது.
அபூர்வா: அது என்ன வேதாந்த் “குறியைக் குறியாது குறித்து அறியும் நெறி”? கேட்டா, ஏதோ புதிர் மாதிரி இருக்கே?
வேதாந்த்: இது ஒரு தியான நிலை அபூர்வா. வழக்கமா நாம ஒரு உருவத்தையோ (குறி) இல்ல, ஒரு மந்திரத்தையோ நினைச்சு தியானம் பண்ணுவோம். ஆனா இங்க அருணகிரிநாதர் சொல்றாரு—எந்த ஒரு இலக்கையும் நினைக்காமல், ஆனா விழிப்புணர்வோடு இருக்குற ஒரு ‘நெறி’ (வழி). அந்த ரகசியத்தை முருகனோட ‘தனி வேல்’ அவருக்கு உணர்த்திருச்சாம்.
அபூர்வா: அந்த வேல் உணர்த்தின அப்புறம் அவருக்கு என்ன ஆச்சு?
வேதாந்த்: அங்கதான் ஆச்சரியம்! “செறிவற்று உலகோடு உரை சிந்தையும் அற்று” – உலகத்தோட இருந்த தொடர்பு (செறிவு) விட்டுப்போச்சு, பேச்சு (உரை) நின்னுடுச்சு, ஏன்… நினைப்பு (சிந்தை) கூட இல்லாமப் போயிருச்சு!
அபூர்வா: பேச்சு, நினைப்பு எல்லாம் போயிட்டா அப்புறம் அங்க என்ன இருக்கும்? மனுஷன் ஒரு ஜடம் மாதிரி ஆயிடுவாரா?
வேதாந்த்: இல்லடா, அது ஒரு சூப்பர்-கான்ஷியஸ் (Super-conscious) நிலை. “அறிவு அற்று அறியாமையும் அற்றதுவே!” – இதுதான் இந்தப் பாட்டோட சிகரம். எனக்கு எல்லாம் தெரியும்ங்கிற ‘அறிவும்’ இல்ல, எனக்கு ஒண்ணுமே தெரியாதுங்கிற ‘அறியாமையும்’ இல்ல. ரெண்டுக்கும் அப்பாற்பட்ட ஒரு சுத்தமான நிலை.
அபூர்வா: வாவ்! இருட்டும் இல்லாம, வெளிச்சமும் இல்லாம, ஆனா எல்லாமே தெளிவா தெரியுற ஒரு நிலை மாதிரி இது இருக்குல?
வேதாந்த்: கரெக்டா சொன்ன! நாம ‘நான்’னு நினைக்குற வரைக்கும் தான் அறிவு, அறியாமை எல்லாம். ‘நான்’ங்கிறதே கரைஞ்சு முருகனோட ஒண்ணா கலக்கும்போது, அங்க வார்த்தைகளுக்கு வேலையே இல்லை. வெறும் பேரமைதி தான்!
அபூர்வா: வாவ்! அந்த நிலையை கற்பனை பண்ணமுடியலை வேதாந்த்.
வேதாந்த்: ஆமா அபூர்வா, அந்தப் பேரமைதிங்கிறது நமக்குள்ள வரணும். சரி… இன்னைக்கி Takeaway:
- எல்லை கடந்த நிலை: உண்மையான ஆன்மீக அனுபவம் என்பது பேசுவதோ, வாதிடுவதோ அல்ல. அது எண்ணங்கள் அற்ற மௌன நிலை.
- அறிவுக்கு அப்பால்: “எனக்குத் தெரியும்” என்கிற அகந்தையும், “எனக்குத் தெரியாது” என்கிற தாழ்வு மனப்பான்மையும் இல்லாத ஒரு சமநிலையே முக்தி.
அபூர்வா: ஓகே வேதாந்த்! இன்னைக்கு அட்லீஸ்ட் அஞ்சு நிமிஷமாவது எதையும் யோசிக்காம, அந்த ‘அறிவு அற்ற’ அமைதியில இருக்க முயற்சி பண்றேன்!
வேதாந்த்: அந்த அஞ்சு நிமிஷம் தான் உன் வாழ்க்கையோட பொற்காலமா இருக்கும்! நாளைக்கு 44-வது பாட்டுல சந்திப்போம்!

Kandhar Anubhuthi – Verse 43 Day 43
kuRiyai kuRiyaadhu kuRithu aRiyum
neRiyaith thani vEl ai nigazhththidalum
seRivu atru, ulagOdu urai chinthaiyum atru,
aRivu atru aRiyaamaiyum atradhuvE
Vedaant: Hello Apurva, today we are looking at the “Zen moment” of Kandar Anubhuthi. So far, we’ve been asking Muruga for protection and boons. But in this verse, all asking stops, and a massive silence takes over.
Apurva: The first line sounds like a riddle, Vedaant: “Kuriyai kuriyadhu kurithu ariyum neri”. What does “aiming without an aim” even mean?
Vedaant: It’s the highest form of meditation. Usually, we focus on an object, a form, or a mantra (a Kuri). But here, he’s talking about a path where you transcend all forms while remaining perfectly aware. He says Muruga’s “matchless spear” (Thani Vel) revealed this secret path to him.
Apurva: And once that secret was revealed, what happened to him? Did he gain superpowers?
Vedaant: Something much deeper. He says: “Urai sindhaiyum attru”. His speech (Urai) stopped. His thoughts (Sindhai) vanished. His connection to the material world (Serivu) simply dissolved.
Apurva: If you stop talking and stop thinking, aren’t you just… blank? Like a stone?
Vedaant: Not at all. It’s a state of pure being. Look at the final line: “Arivu attru ariyamaiyum attradhuve”. He says even “knowledge” disappeared, and “ignorance” disappeared too.
Apurva: Wait, how can knowledge be gone? Isn’t knowledge a good thing?
Vedaant: “Knowledge” here refers to the ego’s pride of saying “I know this.” “Ignorance” is the feeling of “I don’t know.” When the “I” itself dissolves into Muruga, both these opposites vanish. There is no teacher, no student, no subject—just the experience of the Divine.
Apurva: I get it now Vedaant! It’s like when you are totally absorbed in a beautiful piece of music. You aren’t “thinking” about the music, and you aren’t “ignorant” of it either. You just are the music.
Vedaant: Exactly! You’ve hit the nail on the head. It’s the stage where the devotee and the Deity become one. Total, blissful silence. Takeaway:
- Beyond Intellect: True spiritual realization isn’t found in books or debates. It is found in the silence where the mind stops “labeling” things and just experiences the presence of God.
- The End of Dualities: We usually live between “knowing” and “not knowing.” The highest state is to transcend both dualities and simply “be” in union with the Divine Spear (Vel).
Apurva: Got it, Vedaant! Today, I’m going to try and spend at least five minutes without “thinking” or “knowing”—just staying in that peaceful silence.
Vedaant: (Laughs) Those five minutes might just be the best part of your day! See you tomorrow for Verse 44!
